Garment Care

It's easy to keep your clothes looking fresh and do your bit to minimize environmental impacts at the same time.

Temperature

Always wash your clothing in room temperature water. This helps to keep pleats tight and colours vibrant. Hot or warm water does not make the clothes cleaner. Not to mention, cool water is much more energy saving.

Hand Wash or Machine Wash

Most of our pieces can be safely machine washed in a laundry bag (to avoid stretching) on the delicate mode. However, more delicate fabrics like thin chiffon or silk are best hand washed.

Drying

Hanging up your clothes to dry naturally is good for your clothes and the environment. Tumble drying not only uses a lot of energy, the heat can cause shrinkage and damage to your clothing. Flat dry heavy clothing to help them retain their shape.

Iron

Most of our fabrics can take ironing on the lowest heat setting. Do note that some delicate fabrics and all pleated products can only be straightened with a steamer.
